Zachary Chesser’s Treason: True remorse or Taqiyya?

WTOP

His attorney, federal public defender Michael Nachmanoff, said Chesser is “deeply remorseful” for his actions.

“This case is very different from some of the recent terrorism cases that have been in the news,” Nachmanoff said after the hearing. “Mr. Chesser has renounced violent jihad and he’s accepted responsibility.”

Who knows?  Seriously.  I ask that question.  It’s one I struggle with a lot.  As a westerner, I’d like to believe that he’s seriously sorry.  But I can’t help that needling doubt about it, especially since I know that Islam permits lying to kafir (which our government most certainly is!) to further the cause of Islam.  It’s called Taqiyya – you can read about it here and here.  I am sure that Zackie boy is well-versed in the teaching.  So how the heck are we to trust him?  Simply put, we can’t.  I’m sorry if that sounds harsh, but when you are known to teach that lying is ok, anything that comes out of your mouth could be a lie.

I actually feel sorry for his parents and for his wife’s parents as well.  All indications are that they were not in agreement with the behavior of their children.  Proscovia’s mom took her daughter’s passport so as to prevent her from going to join Al-Shabab.  No doubt the woman actually cares about her grandchild and understood the implications of what her idiot daughter was planning to do.  More power to you, mom!

So anyway, in this story from WTOP, the story seems to imply that Zachie boy pled guilty in order to lessen the penalty to his wife.  Maybe he’s still more westernized than I gave him credit for.

The plea bargain spares Chesser’s wife, Proscovia Kampire Nzabanita, from being prosecuted as Chesser’s accomplice, although she is expected to plead guilty to lesser charges of giving false statements to authorities.

Chesser’s parents, who were in court for Wednesday’s hearing, declined comment.

I sincerely hope that the judge throws the book at both of these kids.  A strong message needs to be sent.  Zack spent many, many hours posting all sorts of threats and implied threats on the internet – many of them documented here.  The FBI watched him patiently for quite a while and built quite an extensive library of these threats I would think.  The evidence is overwhelming, and hopefully the court will remember this when it comes time for sentencing.  I would also hope that Zack spends his time behind bars in solitary confinement, so that if this is taqiyya, he will not be able to further poison the already tumultuous prison population with his violent jihadism.

In reality, Zack should be being tried for treason.

Oran’s Dictionary of the Law (1983) defines treason as “…[a]…citizen‘s actions to help a foreign government overthrow, make war against, or seriously injure the [parent nation].”

There is little doubt that Zack’s intentions were to instigate acts of war in our country and/or seriously injure our nation by way of killing it’s citizens.  This is the US Law on Treason:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

From the original article:

In a statement, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia Neil MacBride said: “Zachary Chesser seriously endangered the lives of innocent people who will remain at risk for many years to come. His solicitation of extremists to murder U.S. citizens also caused people throughout the country to fear speaking out _ even in jest _ lest they also be labeled as enemies who deserved to be killed.”

If that’s not treason, I don’t know what is.  From Wikipedia again:

…the United States Code at 18 U.S.C. § 2381 states “whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

Treason should most definitely be added to the charges – specifically.  People who betray our country need to know that we don’t take it lightly.  20 years imprisonment is an understandable at a minimum – and it needs to be fully served out.  Otherwise we just invite others to play Zack’s game with our laws.

JihadTube strikes again

From the WTH category…

Terrorist loving rich white trash Zachie-boy is upset because *gasp* YouTube removed terrorist videos, after which YouTube reveals just how far they have their collective heads stuck up their own butts.

From RevolutionMuslim as documented by  Allahakchew aka SH at the Jawa Report with props to Howie:

YouTub[sp] senior official Victoria Grand told the participants of the international conference about the latest scandalous story on this issue. It was about the video statement of the Caucasus Emirate’s Emir Dokku Umarov, which was posted on the portal after the sabotage operations in the Moscow subway.

After this statement was seen in 3 days by more than 600 thousand people, YouTube removed it from its server.

Victoria Grand explained what happened in this way.

“It was really a difficult decision and we had a lot of internal debates on this topic. Moreover, it was the material being showed on news channels, so, it had a news value. But Russian authorities took a tough stance on this issue and said that it is almost outside the law“, said Grand.

As a result, according to Ms Grand, YouTube decided to remove this particular video material. However, at the same time, she stressed that this does not mean that there are no other versions of this video statement of Dokku Umarov on YouTube.

“You can still find on YouTube a lot of materials of this kind, such as a video from training camp of Taliban, and no one removed this video. Everything always depends on context” Grand summed up.

Well let’s see, Victoria.  Just what context would make it appropriate for YouTube to continue hosting videos for terrorists so that they might recruit and propagandize in order to kill more people like you?  I’m really just wondering about that.   I can’t believe how freaking ignorant these people are!  Do they really believe that the sharia-law loving terrorists are going to allow them to continue with free speech if they gain control of the west, which is what all those terrorist propaganda videos are there for?  Wake the hell up!!!

Allachew said it best….

Responses to RevolutionMuslim “fatwa” on South Park Creators

It was inevitable.  Mess with Americans and they will mess with you back.

The one positive thing that has come out of this whole hissy fit by the terrorist loving RevolutionMuslim and Mujahidblog threatening…er…I mean warning Trey and Matt of South Park is that people who but a week ago were completely clueless to what those calling for a caliphate would like to do to this country are now paying attention.  So for that, I suppose we can thank momma’s boy Zachary Adam Chesser.

I bet his daddy is soooo proud of what he’s become.  I can’t help but wonder if momma pays for his internet service.  Does she wear a burka?  How’s a college dropout going to support a family?  Of course he must bring his little family to live with momma.  Does he get welfare checks?  Seriously dude, stop posting on the internet and  grow up!  The laughter you hear is not “people laughing with you.”  The more you post, the more we laugh.

OH!  And I forgot….

If I had known it was so offensive I would have said it before!  I’m just that kinda person.  And no, we are not calling for the extinction of all muslims…just the ones that want to bring an end to our way of life.  If you want a caliphate, move to some other place.  We don’t want it here.  You’ve been warned.

YouTube’s Terrorist Tolerance

Well, yesterday, yet another YouTuber was arrested.  This time is was Norman Leboon, Sr. for threatening to kill Eric Cantor, the Virginia Congressman.

From the Philadelpia Inquirer

Norman Leboon, 38, of the 1600 block of Benner Street in Mayfair, was charged by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia with two counts involving threats against U.S. Rep. Eric Cantor, the Republican House whip.

Leboon was arrested Saturday by the FBI, three days after his YouTube video was seen by someone in San Francisco and reported to the FBI.

Well how about that?  Someone posted threats on YouTube?  Say it isn’t so!  The funny (or not so funny) thing is that it’s just possible that the FBI ignored Leboon’s brother’s reporting on his brother because, well, threats are nothing new at YouTube.  They are everywhere.

YouTuber AllahAkChew had a threat posted on her channel just today by user MujahidAK74U .  Even the user names are threatening — take killkuffs for example.  It doesn’t take a lot of cognitive ability to realize that “killkuffs” means kill kafir — kafir being the term that muslims use for non-believers.  Then there are all the terrorist avatars that YouTube ignores.  If you think I’m kidding, just go look through the avatars on IslamicRevolutionTV’s subscribers page.  Here are a few samples:

And then there are the backgrounds that people put on their channels, which are a whole other story.  The point is, YouTube turns a blind eye every day to the hatred and violence and threats and thereby hosts a culture of threats and violence.

And if a user is suspended, they just come back under a new user ID like Colleen LaRose did, while again, YouTube turns a blind eye.  Their policies state that you are not allowed to make a new ID when you are suspended, but it’s up to the community to bring it to YouTube’s attention.  I can understand that they have so much video uploaded every day, yada, yada, yada.  Just because something is difficult to do, you are not absolved of your responsibilities.  (“Yeah, Mr. IRS man, those tax forms are just too difficult…”  Wonder how that’d work out…! )

How many true believer whackjobs like Colleen LaRose, Normal Leboon or Nidal Hassan is it going to take for YouTube to own their responsibility?  Yeah — it’s rhetorical.  The answer is, most likely never.

A friend has come up with another way to hold Google/YouTube’s feet to the fire though, and it is ingenious.  Google and YouTube have advertisers.  I doubt those advertisers would be happy to see their ads on pages that advocate things like killing U.S. Congressmen or wiping out the Jews.  Maybe a hit in the pocketbook is the cattleprod we need to wake up Google/YouTube.

All hands on deck – let’s roll!

Flagged this jerk this morning along with other folks from the Jihadi Smackdown of the Day we took this sucker OUT!  Thank you YouTube for dumping this trash!

3,010 videos of radical islamic propaganda cleaned off the YouTube servers.  A step in the right direction!  I wonder how long it takes to upload 3010 videos?  LOL!

YouTube: Boobies can’t be used to make fun of terrorists

So YouTube definitely has issues.  A friend put together this funny video – a Nasheed actually – which is nothing more than an Islamic song.  But see, the muslims like their Nasheeds to praise things like, oh, Mujahideen, Taliban, other violent stuff like that.  My friend wanted to praise boobies!  All hail boobies!  The funny thing is, the original video is on YouTube here, but when my friend added a terrorist flag at the beginning (which he borrowed from other videos at YouTube) and and called it a Nasheed, it got taken down by YouTube.  And lest you think that it was the terrorist flag that did it, there are literally hundreds upon hundreds of videos with terrorist flags and they don’t get taken down.  So here’s the offending video, hosted at another site, complete with terrorist flags.

So what can we take away from this?

Does a terrorist flag or logo get a video removed from YouTube?  No.

Do boobies get a video removed from YouTube? No.

Does poking fun at terrorists get your video removed from YouTube?  Absolutely.

Hey YouTube – we know what side you’re on.  Traitors.

Addendum:  Just to belabor the point a little, the video removed from YouTube was not used to poke fun at muslims.  It was poking fun at terrorists.  Peace-loving muslims would not be watching a video with a terrorist flag/logo on it, therefore peace-loving muslims would not be offended by it.  The people who would be offended by this juxtaposition of images are TERRORISTS and TERRORIST SYMPATHIZERS.

YouTube: Still hosting videos for terrorists

I thought I’d post another “connect the dots” piece — YouTube IS the #1 hosting service for terrorist and terrorist sympathizing websites.  A quick perusal of various sites shows that most videos that are embedded on their sites are hosted at YouTube, with a smattering of LiveLeak and a few others.

Here’s an example of a YouTube video being embedded at several terrorist sites.   I started here:

I’ll save you from having to watch the whole thing — it’s loaded with
emotionally charged images, interspersed with a script that goes thru 20th century history (not sure of the veracity of all of the claims – a better historian than I might note bias – and then basically says that the khalifah and shariah will cure all the ills of society (including, of course, pedophilia – yeah, I am rolling my eyes as I type.)  It then encourages muslims to bring about this Islamic state so that it can be implemented throughout the whole world.  Here’s a definition for you of Khalifah:

the civil and religious leader of a Muslim state considered to be a representative of Allah on earth; “many radical Muslims believe a Khalifah will unite all Islamic lands and people and subjugate the rest of the world”

So even though this video, on it’s face, does not seem particularly violent or shocking, it is calling for Muslims to attempt to bring about this forced Islamic rule.  It uses the images and history “lesson” to stir up the emotions of the easily led – think Nidal Hassan or Colleen LaRose – and motivate them to action.  Propaganda for sure!  So where is this video being  used?  Well let’s just check that out…

Here it is at

Islamic Awakening

At ismaweb.net – a Malay Islamic forum:

Ahh!  And our old “friend”

RevolutionMuslim

This is surrounded by articles that show sympathy for Colleen LaRose (JihadJane), exultation over the death of Mohammad Al-Muhajiri as being a “success” as a martyr and others.

And here we have the video at the “we share a dream” blog…

I don’t  have a translator for that language, but in case you’re not sure
what the blog supports, they have this a little farther down the page for
clarity:

So how long is YouTube going to continue as a tool for the terrorists?
That’s a question that remains to be seen.   The problem is that
videos like the one featured here appear, at first glance, to be simply a
history lesson.  You have to pay attention to realize that that “history
lesson” is being used to incite violent jihad.  The key is the context.
And the context doesn’t lie at YouTube, it lies in the environment where the video is embedded.  It takes work to look this up, but anyone can do it.  I would urge any of you out there to see what you can discover – I think you’d be surprised how easy it is to find.  And then send your detailed complaints to YouTube via their flagging tool on each video you find linked in terrorist forums.  It’s a target-rich environment, and we can use all the  help we can get!
